1. The service

ShioCast provides the ShioCaster application for macOS, the Companion app for iOS and Android, and the ShioCast Cloud platform. These terms govern your use of all of them.

2. Licenses

ShioCaster is a one-time licence of €249 per user, valid for the current version on your own Mac. ShioCaster Companion is a free download for iOS and Android. ShioCast Cloud is not yet available; its terms will be published before it launches.

3. Your content

Your audio, metadata and show content remain entirely yours. We claim no rights over anything you record or broadcast with ShioCast.

4. Fair use

Don't use the services to break the law, infringe others' rights, or abuse the infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Availability

We aim for dependable service but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. ShioCaster keeps working locally even if cloud services are unreachable.

6. Changes

If these terms change materially, we'll announce it on the news page before the change takes effect.
